A hairstylist since 2007, working my way up from an assistant to commission stylist. The I spent 10 years as a booth renter before teaming up with my best friend in 2020 to open BLEACH, our salon in Reno, Nevada. I've been in every stylist's position at some point in my career. Behind the chair I specialize in transformational extensions and luxury color.
As a salon owner and independent educator my mission is to change the industry standard by helping stylists take control of their career. By going beyond just hair education because you’re more than ‘just’ a hairstylist.
I spent eight years in a row doing hair I did hair that I dreaded and barely broke $30,000/yr. Using the techniques and systems that I now teach other stylists, I turned my job behind the chair into a multiple six figure career filled with clients I love and hair I'm obsessed with.

My approach is simple and to the point. I'm the ‘UNmotivational’ educator. You know, the one who shares the real steps needed to generate career momentum and provides a roadmap for effective execution. No gatekeeping, my philosophy emphasizes hard work, strategic planning, and big rewards. While my own success took time, I transformed my business in twelve months and it continues to grow. Because of what I learned during my self taught journey, you get to save years of wasted time and experience success quicker than ever.
