I’ve been a hairstylist since 2007, starting as an assistant, then growing into a commission stylist, and spending 10 years as a booth renter before co-founding BLEACH, our salon in Reno, Nevada, in 2020. Behind the chair, I specialize in transformational extensions and luxury color, but my journey has taught me that being a stylist is about so much more than the hair.
As a salon owner and independent educator, my mission is to help hairstylists elevate their careers by giving them the tools and systems to take control of their future. I’ve been in every stylist’s position—starting out, feeling stuck, and finally building something that feels aligned. Now, I’m here to show you how to do the same.
For years, I stayed in survival mode, taking on work that left me drained and barely breaking $30,000 a year. But once I built the systems and strategies I now teach, everything changed.
